W.P. Puppet Theatre Society was established in 1991 as a charitable, not for profit Society based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our mandate is the production and performance of original puppet theatre and the presentation of learning experiences through puppetry, for young and adult audiences, locally, nationally and internationally.

Currently for schools we offer student workshops, residencies and teacher professional development.
We also offer Puppets on the Go, a crate based rental outreach program for use in Calgary and area schools. Crates that are available for the 2010 - 11 year are:
